To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom or engraved items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
How to Return:

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label.

Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
