At MLS Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns:

  • You can return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom or engraved items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contactmlsjewels@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label.

  4. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will send you a replacement item once we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
